PRICES
All prices reflect current rates in effect at the date of presenting this website which are subject to changes without prior notice. The confirmed rate will be delivered upon request depending on the tour.

RESERVATION
Reservations should be made at least 15 days prior to departure. Late reservations may be accepted up to 5 days prior to departure, subject to availability.

DEPOSIT, FINAL PAYMENT
A deposit of 50% of total amount should be made at the time of receiving our services confirmation. Balance of payment is acceptable to be made by cash upon your arrival.

CANCELLATIONS
No refund for the cancellation less than 10 days.

TAXES & TIPS
Taxes/surcharges to restaurants and hotels and tips to waiters, chamber maids and ports are not included for the duration of the stay. International airport embarkation taxes are not included. Tips for local tour guides and drivers are left to the discretion of tour participants.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Passports of at least one month validity are required for all tour participants. Visa to Cambodia & Laos can be applied upon arrival at the airports or international borders except for Vietnam.

INSURANCE
We highly recommend all travelers purchase trip cancellation, hospital, medical and baggage insurance to protect their travel plans.

HEALTH
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the tours within Cambodia, the Cambodian handling travel agency requires exclusion of any person whose health condition makes persons unsuitable for long trips due to mental illness, serious, chronic or contagious illness, advanced pregnancy, senility of infirmity.

TOUR FARE DOES NOT INCLUDE
Meals or any items not specified in the itinerary, optional tours, airport taxes, cost of visa, laundry, liquor, excess baggage, usage of telephones, personal health or baggage insurance, bank charge in transferring payment.

TOURS
Due to occasional flight delays, some sightseeing tours might not be able to be scheduled. Also, cultural and acrobatic shows might not be available during the holidays and seasonal recesses.

ITINERARIES
Tour members not departing with the group on Day 1 from the selected gateway must provide their own transfers from International airport to the hotel at their own expense. Tour members are strongly advised to join the group in the gateway city specified in the itineraries to avoid misconceptions due to possible air traffic delays and their chance of denied entry into Cambodia.

RESPONSIBILITIES
AA acts only as an agent for the transportation companies, hotels & other principals for the tour programs. We accept no responsibilities for injuries, damages, accident, loss, delay, theft, quarantine, customs regulation, strike, changes in itinerary, deportation or refusal of entry by Immigration Authorities resulting for improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. Any losses & expenses are the responsibility of the passengers. All proper travel documentation are the sole responsibility for the passengers.
The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries, travel arrangements, hotels
reservations etc. If it is necessary or in the case of force major, The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the date of departure for any reasons, including insufficient number of participants. Should this happen, the entire payment shall be refunded without further obligation on the part of The Company.
 

The Company will recommend alternative tour, preferably to the same destination or other destinations. Should passenger decide not to accept the alternatives, all money paid shall be refunded in full by The Company without further obligations.
The Company also reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from the tour if deemed his/her act of conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, harmony & welfare of other passengers and the tour as a whole. The company shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person. No tour leaders/guides or other employees or agents of the Company or authorized to commit the Company to any liability whatsoever and The Company will not be bound by any statement or representation unless in writing and signed by a management executive of The Company. The Company reserves the right to take photographs & films for passenger while on tour with The Company to be used for brochures advertising or publicity material without obtaining any further consent from passenger.
